Dennis Noll

Dennis Noll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and management consulting, currently serving as Director and Head of Section for both Electrical Engineering and M&A at DNV since July 2021. Previously, Dennis held the position of Principal Consultant and Advisory & Planning Group Lead at Black & Veatch from June 2008 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Advisory & Planning Consulting Group and the Transaction Services team focused on infrastructure transactions in renewable energy, conventional, and oil & gas sectors. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Wind Science and Engineering and an M.A. in Economics from Texas Tech University, as well as dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Finance from Oklahoma City University.
