Joachim Maråk Vinje Skouverøe

Joachim Maråk Vinje Skouverøe is a highly experienced psychologist and consultant currently serving as the Leading Consultant for Health and Working Environment at Equinor since August 2024. While also working with the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organization since September 2019, Skouverøe engages in workshops, clinical counseling, supervision, leadership guidance, and conflict resolution. With a diverse background that includes leadership roles such as Manager of Occupational Health Services and extensive contributions to DNV GL and Viking Forretningsutvikling AS, Skouverøe has a strong focus on occupational health and personnel selection. Previous positions include founding Sentrumpsykologene, and serving as a psychologist in various organizations, including the Norwegian Armed Forces and Vestre Viken HF. Skouverøe holds multiple degrees in psychology and organizational psychology from prestigious institutions and continues to expand expertise in clinical psychology.
