Kjetil M. Ebbesberg

Kjetil M. Ebbesberg is the current Chief Financial Officer at DNV GL. Kjetil has also served as Chairman of the Board for Industriforsikring AS from 2010 to 2017. Prior to their current position, Ebbesberg worked their way up the corporate ladder at Norsk Hydro, a multinational aluminum business. Kjetil started out as VP Planning and Performance, Aluminium Products in 1996 and eventually became Executive Vice President in 2009. In between their time at Norsk Hydro, Ebbesberg was also the Chief Financial Officer for Coop Norge, a retail group in Norway, from 2007 to 2009.

Kjetil M. Ebbesberg has a degree in civil economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and also has an MBA from the University of Ottawa. Kjetil has also completed the Hydro Executive Program. Kjetil has served in the Norwegian Army as an infantry officer, and has also worked for the network Nine.
