Lilian Lucassen is an experienced Senior Lead Auditor at DNV since May 2013, specializing in various quality management standards within sectors such as mental health care, youth services, and healthcare. As the owner of Kwabiz, a consultancy established in May 2017, Lilian focuses on interim assignments as a quality and policy advisor. Additional roles include Certified Supervisor at UMIO | Maastricht University since January 2023 and former Manager of the Business Office at Boba Groep, responsible for multiple operational departments. Previous positions include Policy Advisor for Social Care at the Municipality of Venlo and various senior roles in quality management and policy advisory.
