Liv Astri Hovem

Liv Astri Hovem serves as the CEO of the Accelerator at DNV since February 2021. Previously, Liv was the CEO at DNV GL - Oil & Gas from January 2018 to January 2021, and before that, held the position of Regional Manager for Continental Europe and Africa from January 2016 to January 2018. Liv's tenure at DNV GL from November 2008 to January 2016 included roles as Director of Division Europe and Southern Africa, Director of Operations, Head of Department Offshore Structures, and Head of Department Maritime Advisory. Liv holds a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
