Lucas Ribeiro Julien has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as the Vice President and Regional Manager for West Europe at DNV since January 2014. Previous roles at DNV include Area Manager for Iberia, Italy/Malta, and Area Manager overseeing Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Prior to this, Lucas held the position of Country Manager and Production, Quality, and SHE Manager for BeNeLux, Germany, and Central Europe at DET NORSKE VERITAS from April 2010 to December 2013. Lucas holds a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo, completed between 1983 and 1987.
