Nikki Mays

Nikki Mays currently serves as Regional Process and Systems Manager in Business Assurance at DNV, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Nikki accumulated extensive experience at NSF International from February 2017 to December 2023, advancing from Key Account Specialist to Director of Global Processes and Operations within NSF-ISR, focusing on supply chain food safety and managing global key accounts. Earlier experience includes a tenure in the United States Air Force from 2008 to 2017, where Nikki held roles such as Management Analyst, Emergency Manager, and Education and Training Manager, applying expertise in workflow evaluation and process improvement. Nikki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University and multiple Associate’s Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Management Engineering/Analyst and Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management.
