Tamara Kuiken is the Vice President at DNV and serves as the Executive Sponsor for Pride@DNV. They earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University in 2002 and started their career as an Engineer at Nexant. After joining DNV GL in 2003, they advanced to the role of Senior Engineer before becoming Vice President in 2018. Tamara has developed a robust portfolio in energy efficiency program evaluations and load research studies, managing large-scale projects and participating actively in policy advisory and research initiatives within DNV GL's Energy division. They have also contributed to the field through numerous publications with IEPEC and ACEEE.
