Vanessa Boudewyn-Pereira

Vanessa Boudewyn-Pereira is an experienced legal professional with extensive expertise in contract management across various sectors, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Team Lead for Region APAC and previously as Contracts Manager at DNV since March 2017, Vanessa has held multiple roles in global contracting and energy contracting. Prior experience includes serving as Contracts Manager at Oceaneering, where responsibilities encompassed managing legal aspects of operational contracts across Asia and supporting executive management. Vanessa also worked at Societe International de Telecommunications Aeronautiques sc as an Associate Contracts Manager, overseeing contract evaluation and negotiation. Early career experience includes roles as a Legal Officer at Oversea Chinese Banking Corporation and Legal Executive at K K Yap & Partners. Vanessa holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from Birmingham City University, a BSc (Hons) in Marketing from University College Dublin, and a Diploma in Legal Studies from Temasek Polytechnic.
