İbrahim Şen served in the Turkish Armed Forces from 2004 to 2005 before beginning a culinary career. They played a key role as a Chef de Partie in establishing the first BigChefs branch in Ankara from 2006 to 2007 and later held various head chef positions, including a notable role in managing a VIP yacht for Karadeniz Holding in 2007. From 2007 to 2012, İbrahim was the head chef for Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group, additionally serving as a demi chef de partie at the Grand Azur hotel. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Sous Chef at Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh, having also worked as an Executive Sous Chef for TRU Hospitality & Retail Group. İbrahim obtained an associate degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from MEKSA Turizm Otelcilik, completing their studies from 1998 to 2001.
