Currently, Paola works as a technical employee at Aproli Bari and serves as a Food Local Expert with Do Eat Better, conducting walking tours that showcase Barri's street food culture. Additionally, Paola contributes to Gnamit as a writer of articles focused on food quality and safety and engages in tasting and reviewing premium olive oils. Experience also includes an internship at IKEA, focusing on food safety and product management, and roles in brewery production and customer service, enhancing both technical knowledge and soft skills.
