Belinda Leung

Belinda Leung, P.E. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and environmental engineering. Currently serving as the Coordinator in Residence at Do For One since July 2025, Belinda focuses on fostering inclusive relationships for individuals with disabilities. Previously, Belinda held significant roles at Con Edison, overseeing the electric distribution system in Manhattan and managing construction projects as Chief Construction Inspector. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Project Manager at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, where Belinda worked on large-scale engineering projects, and as a Project Engineer at ERM, addressing environmental compliance and management. Belinda's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University, complemented by research-focused experiences at the University of Kentucky and Syracuse University.
