Michael Cremer

Michael Cremer is an experienced Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master currently with Do It Agile GmbH. Previously, Michael held the role of Team Manager for Release and Configuration Management at MicroVision, where responsibilities included facilitating cross-team communication, stakeholder engagement, and overseeing release documentation and architecture modeling. Prior to this, Michael served as an Agile Release Train Engineer at Ibeo Automotive Systems GmbH, focusing on SAFe methodologies, program increment planning, and agile coaching. Additional roles included Systems Engineering Manager and Junior Systems Engineering Manager, emphasizing quality assurance and project support. Michael began their career with internships and student positions in engineering and sales. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Fachhochschule Wedel.
