Ashley Kenworthy serves as the Organizational Change Manager at Do it Best Corp. since March 2021, focusing on change and impact analysis, user readiness, stakeholder communication, user training strategy, and overseeing the enterprise test plan as a product owner. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at WaterFurnace International, where roles progressed from Accounts Payable Specialist to Senior Staff Accountant, encompassing responsibilities such as accounts payable supervision, fixed asset management, sales tax supervision, and participation in various teams related to operational excellence, customer experience, and data analytics. Ashley is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting at the Indiana Institute of Technology while having completed a bachelor's degree at Indiana Wesleyan University.
