Morgan Lewis, MBA, currently serves as the Director of HR Operations and Shared Services at Do it Best since August 2025 and has been the Director of Programming for the Northeast Indiana Human Resources Association since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Morgan held various positions including Director of Marketing on the Board of Directors at JH Specialty, Director of Human Relations at Altra Industrial Motion, and Human Resources Business Partner at another organization. Earlier experience includes roles at Robert Half, Sirva, Parkview Health, Greater Fort Wayne Inc., and Sweet Spot Media. Morgan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
