Matthew Kelly

Matthew Kelly is a seasoned professional in strategy design and organizational development, currently serving as a Founding Partner and Strategy Designer at Do Tank since February 2017, focusing primarily on healthcare and sustainability through human-centered design techniques. Prior experience includes roles as Strategy Designer at Business Models Inc. from May 2014 to January 2017, where the emphasis was on innovating business models and strategies through co-creation and visualization. Previously, Matthew worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at NewHire from January 2011 to May 2014, overseeing project lifecycles and talent management systems, and as Operations Manager at the Health & Medicine Policy Research Group from June 2009 to December 2010, managing office operations and producing impactful videos. Early experience includes serving as an Account Manager at NewHire from October 2004 to June 2009. Matthew holds a BA with honors in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago and an MBA in Marketing & International Business from the University of Illinois Chicago.
