Frössén Johan is an accomplished Design Director at Doberman and Industrial Design Director at EY Doberman, both roles held since November 2017, where Johan leads innovation projects to integrate physical and digital products into cohesive customer experiences. Previously, Johan was a Senior Industrial Designer at Nokia from June 2008 to May 2010 and contributed to industrial design at Nokia Mobile Phones between August 2007 and June 2008. As a Co-Founder and Senior Industrial Designer at P E O P L E P E O P L E since May 2010, Johan applies design thinking methodologies to aid companies in developing innovative products. Johan holds degrees in Rhetoric, Communication, and Philosophy from Södertörn University and in Industrial Design from the Umeå Institute of Design.
