Halina Sjuve Haanæs

Halina Sjuve Haanæs is an experienced product director and designer with a strong background in product management and user experience. Currently serving as the Product Director and Nordic Head of Product Management at EY Doberman since May 2022, Halina also holds the position of Interim Managing Director in Oslo. Previous roles include Product Manager at Vipps, Chief Product Officer at Willow Labs, and Lead Product Designer at Finstart Nordic. Halina's career also encompasses significant contributions at Futurice as Design Director, Degree Consulting Group AS as Head of UX & Design, and Schibsted Media Group as User Experience Designer. Early experiences include roles in digital marketing at EMI Music and Warner Music Norway, where Halina played a key role in digital strategy and content management. Halina holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA HONS) in Photography from the University of the Arts London and has a background in Graphic Design from Norges Kreative Fagskole.
