F. Elgin Ward, JD, CTPE

F. Elgin Ward, JD, CTPE has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. From 2000 to 2006, they were the Executive Director of CAUCUS, Association of Technology Acquisition Professionals at International Computer Negotiations, Inc. In addition to their role as Executive Director, they also provided consulting services internationally and domestically in mergers, acquisitions, and/or divestitures. F. Elgin was also retained to manage transfer of software and related IP rights. From 2006 to present, they have been a Contracts Negotiator at Countrywide Home Loans.

F. Elgin Ward, JD, CTPE completed their Juris Doctor (JD) from J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah from 1977 to 1980. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from University of Maryland Global Campus from 1974 to 1976. In 1973 to 1974, they attended Defense Language Institute - East Coast, Washington D.C. and obtained a Certificate of Graduation in Chinese Language. F. Elgin also attended two ICN Seminars.
