Raum Bances

Raum Bances has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Raum started their career in the US Army, where they served as a Power Generation Equipment Mechanic from 1986 to 1993, followed by a role as a Broadcast Journalist from 1993 to 1997. In 1998, they joined PSAV as a DET and held this position until August 2022. In 2022, they joined Dobil Laboratories, Inc. as the Director of Event Technology. Most recently, in 2023, they became an Area Director Venues at Encore.

Raum Bances has an Associate's degree in Broadcast Journalism from DINFOS. Between 1995 and 1997, they attended Nossi College of Art, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Commercial and Advertising Art. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Building Resilience," "Developing Resourcefulness," "Leading at a Distance," "Learning Zoom," "Thriving @ Work: Leveraging the Connection between Well-Being and Productivity," "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls," "Leading Virtual Meetings," "Managing Stress for Positive Change," "Productivity Tips: Finding Your Productive Mindset," "Remote Work Foundations," "Time Management: Working from Home," and "Tips for Working Remotely." These certifications were obtained in May and June of 2020.
