Prior to this, a significant role as Plant Head and General Manager Operations at Olam involved the successful establishment of an almond ingredients plant in Ho Chi Minh City, with the first shipment achieved within months of construction. Alberto has a proven track record of delivering results, including a 30% reduction in production costs during a turnaround at Natural Food srl - Orkla Group. Previous roles also include Plant Manager positions in multiple organizations, project management for the construction of a factory in Romania, and a strong foundation in various managerial roles at Mars.
