Don Robertson has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technical support. Don began their career at Tandy Corporation in 1982 as a Computer Service Center Manager, specializing in Xenix system troubleshooting. Don then moved on to Merisel, where they served as a Technical Support Manager for both the Sun Products Division and the Workstation Division. In these roles, they developed and implemented service strategies, managed support staff, and designed training programs. Don joined Digital Equipment Corporation as a Software Systems Consultant, providing post-sales support on the StorageWorks product line. Don later became a Principal Software Engineer, delivering technical training and assisting with new product development. At Compaq Computer, Don served as a Team Lead and Manager, overseeing RAID product development and integration on various platforms. Don then joined Hewlett-Packard as a Lead Engineer, Technical Consultant, and Systems/Software Engineer VI. In these positions, they led teams, interfaced with customers, conducted testing, and provided engineering support. Don worked at EMC as a Senior Systems Integration Engineer and Engineering Manager, leading testing efforts on networking technologies and storage solutions. Most recently, they worked at Doble Engineering Company as both a Senior SQA/OPS Engineer and an SQA Lead for Prime online monitoring products. In these roles, they managed testing, verified software/config changes, and maximized results in an Agile development environment. Overall, Don Robertson has a wealth of experience in engineering management, testing, customer support, and technical troubleshooting across various industries.

Don Robertson obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Computer Processing Institute in 1984.
