Kristen Barry has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Kristen currently works as a Senior Product Support Specialist at Doble Engineering Company since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Esri for a total of 20 years in various roles. From December 2012 to September 2019, they were a Technology Lead - ArcGIS Online, where they mentored and supported Tier I and II Analysts in closing cases, worked on strategic projects to improve processes, and acted as a liaison for software cycle improvements. Before that, from January 2003 to December 2012, they were a Desktop Support Analyst - Tier II, where they directly assisted ArcGIS Users on complex technologies and quickly learned new products to assist customers. And from October 1997 to January 2003, they were a Desktop Support Analyst, providing technical support and customer service to Esri end users. Overall, Kristen has gained extensive expertise in technical support, customer service, mentoring, project management, and software improvement.

Kristen Barry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University (SDSU) with a focus on Marketing Research. Kristen completed their studies from 1990 to 1995. Later, they pursued further education and earned another Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Research, this time from SDSU, from 2002 to 2007.
