Nestor Casilla

Nestor Casilla has a diverse work experience in engineering and technical application. Nestor started their career in 1987 at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. as an Electrical Engineer. In 2004, they joined Doble Engineering as an Application Engineer, where they provided support to clients and conducted training on power system simulators.
