Veronika Vaclavek

Veronika Vaclavek has extensive experience in event planning and management. Veronika began their career at the Huntington Theatre Company, where they worked as a Finance Assistant before being promoted to Development Associate and eventually Special Events Manager. In this role, they organized donor cultivation events, Board meetings, and annual benefit fundraisers.

In 2006, Veronika joined Doble Engineering Company as a Communications Associate, managing and coordinating conferences in North America and Europe. Veronika later served as a Corporate Events Planner, overseeing all event planning, strategy, and marketing for national and international educational events. Veronika then became the Lead Global Events Planner, responsible for the strategy, marketing, and implementation of all worldwide events.

Veronika further advanced their career at Doble, becoming the Global Events Manager and Director of Global Events. In these positions, Veronika was responsible for overseeing a large budget and ensuring the success of numerous in-person and virtual events, including conferences, seminars, tradeshows, webinars, and internal meetings.

Throughout their work experience, Veronika has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effectively managing event staff and coordinating with vendors and international offices. Veronika has successfully implemented marketing programs and introduced new systems to streamline event processes.

Veronika Vaclavek completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Boston University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Veronika also attended the Boston University College of Communications during the same period, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications. Prior to attending college, Veronika completed their General Studies at Newton South High School from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their degrees, Veronika also obtained two certifications in Event Management from Cvent. In May 2020, they acquired the Cvent Event Management Advanced Certification and the Cvent Event Management Certification.
