Richard Mawson

Richard Mawson is an accomplished leader in the robotics and automation industry, currently serving as the Country Manager for the UK and Ireland at Dobot Robotics since March 2025. With a strong track record in channel development and strategic partnerships, Richard previously excelled at Vention, where 236% of the annual target was achieved for new partner recruitment in EMEA. As a founder of WMH Robotics, Richard guided the division from inception to a turnover of over £3 million in just 36 months. Earlier roles include significant contributions to OnRobot, SP Automation & Robotics, and D&D Engineering, showcasing expertise in technical sales, business development, and market expansion. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Motorsport Engineering Design with Business Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
