Darya Zhuk

Darya Zhuk is the Co-Founder and Head of Legal & Partnerships at DÓBRA, an Impact Venture Studio. Prior to this, Darya was the Managing Partner at Beagle Legal, a new name in the Belarusian legal market. Darya has also held positions as the Board of Directors' Corporate Secretary at Holding Apteka Group, a Board Member at DOBRA Foundation, and as a Managing Partner at COBALT Legal. With a background in corporate & commercial law, M&A, and corporate finance, Darya has a B.A. in Jurisprudence from Belarusian State University, a Master of Business Administration from the School of Business & Management of Technology of Belarusian State University, and has also completed a program at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
