Anthony Schwartz has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications and construction. Anthony started their career in 1994 as a Drafter and Technician at Oklahoma City Community College, where they maintained campus-wide drawings and oversaw small construction projects. In 1996, they joined General Dynamics as an OSP Engineer, responsible for engineering and design of outside plant networks.
In 2011, Schwartz transitioned to Trans-Tel Central as a Site Manager, overseeing construction projects involving various communication installations. Anthony managed both personnel and materials, leading crews of two to twenty, and working with subcontractors and temporary laborers.
In 2016, Schwartz joined MasTec as a Field Manager, primarily supporting the Google fiber install in and around Austin, TX. Anthony ensured accurate performance by subcontractors, collected data for validation, and assisted in design changes to accommodate real-world conditions.
Subsequently, Schwartz joined GW Communications in 2018 as a Fielder, before moving to Cyient in 2019 as a Field Engineer. In these roles, they gained hands-on experience in field operations and engineering projects.
Most recently, since March 2022, Schwartz has been working at Dobson Fiber as an OSP Construction Project Manager, utilizing their experience and expertise to oversee the construction projects related to fiber optic networks.
Anthony Schwartz began their education at Oklahoma State University in 1980, where they studied Engineering Technology. Anthony completed their studies at the university in 1982. Later, in 1990, Anthony attended Oklahoma City Community College and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design. In 1994, they enrolled at Southern Nazarene University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management of Human Resources in 1995. In addition to their formal education, Anthony obtained a Technician certification from BICSI in May 2014.
