Shannon Melrose has a strong background in technical support and system administration. Shannon started their career in 2000 at INTEGRIS Health as a Device Support Analyst II, where they provided assistance with various devices. In 2013, they joined Cox Communications as an NSC Technician I, troubleshooting video, voice, and data services. Shannon then transitioned to Dobson Technologies in 2014, initially serving as a Technical Support Analyst, where they provided advanced technical support for business networks and systems. Over the years, Shannon took on additional roles at Dobson Technologies, including Technical Support Manager and Senior Technical Support Analyst/Technical Lead. In their most recent position at Velocigo Inc, as a System Support Specialist, they contribute to system maintenance and support.
