Steve Bolton

Steve Bolton began their work experience at Dobson Communications in 1999, where they held the role of Senior Accountant - Fixed Assets. In this position, they ensured asset procedures were in compliance with IRS regulations and advised different departments on asset capitalization procedures. Steve also developed capitalization and purchasing policies and assisted with processing capital expenditure invoices.

From 2004 to 2007, Steve worked as an Accounting Manager at Dobson Communications. In this role, they had responsibility for the Revenue, Cash, Expense, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable departments. Steve managed five direct reports and 17 employees, overseeing the preparation of close schedules and ensuring all entries and deadlines were met.

In 2010, Steve joined SAIC as a Deputy Controller. In this role, they managed transactional accounting to meet close deadlines and performed Assistant Controller duties. Steve'sresponsibilities included completing entries and accruals, uploading the trial balance for consolidation, and verifying accuracy.

Starting in 2014, Steve worked at Maxcess International as the Deputy Corporate Controller. Steve held this position until 2020, being responsible for corporate control functions.

Since 2020, Steve has been working at Dobson Fiber. Steve initially served as a GL Accountant and then progressed to the role of Senior GL Accountant in March 2021.

Steve Bolton attended the University of Central Oklahoma from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
