Tracy Oldham

Tracy Oldham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tracy started their career at Associated Communications & Research Services, Inc. as a Staff Accountant, where they assisted with financial cost studies and supported engineering projects. Tracy later became the Controller, overseeing billing, payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.

Tracy then moved on to Dobson Communications Corporation, where they held various roles. As the General Ledger Supervisor, they automated internal financial reporting processes and prepared consolidated financial statements. Tracy later became the Financial Reporting & Budgeting Manager, coordinating the budget process for over 60 cost centers. Finally, they served as the Director of Compensation Accounting, leading the Payroll, Commissions, and Financial Reporting teams.

Next, Tracy worked at Oak Tree National as the Controller, playing a significant role in the major renovation of the golf course. During their time there, it was announced that Oak Tree National would host the 2014 U.S. Senior Open.

Tracy then joined Garland Animal Wellness, LLC as the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer, helping to prepare forecasts, budgets, and the business plan for the start-up company.

Currently, Tracy is employed at Dobson Fiber. Tracy started as the Financial Operations Manager, where they managed the Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable operations. Tracy also played a role in developing policies and procedures for various functions within these areas. Tracy later took on the position of Director of Corporate Development, collaborating with senior executives and team leaders in strategy development and execution of acquisitions and other strategic initiatives for the company.

Tracy's work experience has given their a strong foundation in financial management, operations, and strategic planning across different industries.

Tracy Oldham obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from Connors State College, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. Tracy then continued their education at Oklahoma State University from 1991 to 1993, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
