Travis Hedger

Travis Hedger has over 20 years of work experience in various technical roles. Travis started their career at AOL as a Tech Lead R.S.T., where they provided technical support and handled billing issues. Travis then worked at PSINet Inc as a Customer Support Associate, offering technical support and billing options for residential dial-up internet customers. Travis also worked at Fullnet Communications as a Customer Service Representative.

In 2002, Travis joined Computer Nerdz as a Field Technician, performing on-site system troubleshooting and repair for computers and laptops. Travis also provided technical support over the phone.

Travis then joined Seagate Technology in 2003 as an Engineering Specialist. In this role, they served as the remote access Token administrator for over 11,000 worldwide users and provided fast and efficient support to Seagate employees. Travis later transitioned to the role of Network Engineer II, where they installed, configured, maintained, and repaired network infrastructure and application components.
