Adeline Wicker joined Dobson Health Care Services, Inc., in October 2013 as its Chief Financial Officer. This position provides both operational and programmatic support, supervises the finance unit, and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. Adeline received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Saginaw Valley State University and earned a BBA in Management with Highest Honors from Northwood University.
Prior to joining Dobson Health Care, Adeline Wicker held CFO, Treasurer, and Controller positions with Craft Cast Holdings, LLC and Avalon Precision Casting Company, LLC and its prior entities between June 1998 and October 2013. Related entity affiliations included Saginaw Holdings, Inc.; Saginaw Powertrain, Inc.; Craft Cast Company, Inc [split from Minsor Powertrain Systems, LLC, d/b/a Promet]. The various industry sectors covered 75-250+ employees in Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Mexico. In addition, she held finance, Controller, and management positions, which included Business Manager/Operations Manager for a 300-employees service sector business.
Her current professional organization affiliations are with the Saginaw Valley Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants for which she fills the Team Leader position for Employment, and she is an associate member of the Valley Society of Human Resource Management. Adeline, also, is a member of the Delta College Accounting Advisory Committee.
