Tara Martek

Tara joined Dobson Healthcare in 2017, bringing more than 20 years experience to the team. She has spent 8 years focused on recruitment efforts and nearly 18 years on scheduling within the healthcare industry. During her time previous to Dobson she spent time learning and becoming certified in the Gentle Teaching method through MORC; which assists her in training others in the culture of gentleness. Tara loves that her role at Dobson Healthcare as a Recruitment and Scheduling Coordinator allows her to continue working with people, as it is a passion of hers.
