Justin Gray

Justin Gray is the Operations Director at DOC Cleaning. Justin has over 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry. Justin started their career with the British Army, serving as a Lance Corporal within the 1st Battalion. Justin then spent 18 years with Roche Pharmaceuticals, where they were responsible for the utilization and up keep of all Roche Welwyn's 70 meeting rooms. Justin joined DOC Cleaning Ltd in 2011 and has been with the company ever since.

Justin Gray attended Richard Hale School and earned a certification from the Cleaning & Support Services Association in CSSA Diploma of Cleaning Management Modules 1 - 4. Justin also has a certification from IOSH in Managing Safely as well as a certification from Peninsula Business Services in Handling Discipline. Finally, they have a BICSc in Cleaning Professional Skills Suite CS2 - CS16.

Their manager is Lee Andrews, CEO. They are on a team with Arthur Andrews - Commercial Administrator, Hollie Duff - Customer Service Administrator, and Harry Andrews - HR Administrator.
