Petros Pandis, PhD has a diverse work experience. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Research & Development Engineer and Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London. During this time, they developed a new method of assessing human muscle and skeleton forces, devised a low cost laser device to scan human body surface, built a prototype steering wheel to define upper limb muscle forces during driving, programmed computational models, presented results at conferences and authored papers for peer-reviewed journals. Petros also assessed and graded students' coursework, projects, exams and presentations relevant to mathematics and mechanics, educated undergraduate and postgraduate students with different disciplines and mentored final year projects. In 2011, they worked as a Research Analyst at EPSRC - Osteoarthritis Centre of Excellence, interpreting MRI and CT scan data and creating mathematical models of the lower limb’s bones and muscles.

From 2013 to 2015, Petros Pandis, PhD was a Business Analyst at Inmarsat, spearheading a ten-strong team of Imperial College students to review the company's marketing approaches, database management, web design and campaign analytics. Petros also devised an effective campaign and strategy for the launch of the company's new Global Xpress satellite phone, developed digital media and branding strategies, revenue models, and subscriber and margin forecasting. Petros was also a Co-Founder at Imperial Consulting Group, offering broad range of consultancy services to small businesses, charities, local universities and individuals on a no-fee basis. Additionally, they were the Founder of Hack-Society, facilitating the formation of links between high-achieving students at Imperial and Cambridge, and leading industry players.

From 2014 to 2017, Petros Pandis, PhD was an Innovation Product Manager at Banco Santander, developing, implementing and supervising wide range of corporate projects, defining and delivering processes and models to support new product launches, and directing multi-skilled project teams. Petros increased business and retail banking productivity, designed profitable innovative new products and services, and drove end-to-end project development from process design stage to acceptance testing and implementation stage, covering both online and mobile channels. Petros also utilized Agile/Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Finally, from 2017 to the present, Petros Pandis, PhD is the Founder & CEO of docandu, which aims to be a key tech health service provider, starting from Greece, improving the existing national and private health care services status quo.

Petros Pandis, PhD has a comprehensive education history. Petros obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical Engineering: Musculoskeletal Biomechanics of the Shoulder from Imperial College London between 2009 and 2013. Prior to this, they obtained a MSc (Merit) in Advanced Structural Engineering from Imperial College London in 2008-2009. Petros also obtained a BEng (First Class Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Digital Analytics Fundamental from Google in October 2013, Competitive Strategy from Coursera in August 2013, Foundations of Business Strategy from Coursera in April 2013, Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship from Coursera in March 2013, An Introduction to Operations Management from Coursera in November 2012, and Mini - MBA from Imperial College London in June 2011.
