Lylia Laghouati

Lylia LAGHOUATI has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Directrice du pôle recrutement at Docaposte since March 2022. Prior to this role, Lylia worked at SOFTEAM from April 2017 to March 2022, where responsibilities included Responsable Recrutement Digital and Chargée de recrutement for the Digital Business Unit. Lylia began the recruitment career at Cabinet de Recrutement Headline from December 2013 to April 2017, focusing on top-tier management recruitment in various sectors. Earlier experience includes an internship in human resources at Renault Retail Group in 2013. Lylia holds a Master’s degree in management des ressources humaines from Université de Montpellier Paul-Valéry and a Licence in science commerciale from HEC - Alger.
