Erica Clark

Eric Clark is the Director of Operations and General Management for DocASAP, part of Optum. Clark’s previous experiences include dual HR & Finance/Accounting roles in a variety of industries including non-profit, hospitality, education, government contracting, healthcare, and technology. She has specialized in small business development to create, enhance, and manage operations.

Clark graduated from James Madison University (JMU) with a B.B.A. degree in Management, with concentrations in Human Resource Management and European Business, minor in Human Resource Development, and a Master's in Business Administration, Human Resources, from Central Michigan University. She is a member of the JMU Management Executive Advisory Board.
