Marian Hagler

Marian Hagler is the founder and managing member of Hagler Law LLC, where expertise lies in serving as outside General Counsel and providing global legal counsel in natural resource development, particularly in oil and gas and mining sectors. With a career spanning over three decades, Marian has held key legal positions at multiple firms, including partner roles at Dentons and Baker & McKenzie, and has served as General Counsel for BOE Midstream, LLC. Additional roles include Corporate Secretary and legal counsel positions for Lined Pipe Systems and DocBox, Inc. Marian has also contributed as a strategic advisor for the SAAS technology startup Earth Index and has extensive experience in international law, notably from tenure at Coudert Brothers LLP and the United States Department of the Treasury. Educational qualifications include a JD and MS from Georgetown University, alongside other degrees in political economy and language studies.
