Kiera Helms is a Product Manager with extensive experience in empowering cross-functional teams through product lifecycle strategy and collaborative leadership. They previously held several roles in the healthcare sector, including Lead Medical Assistant at IMMUNOe Health & Research Centers and Administrative Support Manager at Orthopedic Centers of Colorado. Currently, Kiera is leading product strategy and release management at DocBuddy, where they focus on delivering customer-centric solutions. Kiera also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Colorado Christian University and is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Operations at Louisiana State University.
