Rufus Richard, CSM

Rufus Richard has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Rufus began their career at Tech Mahindra in 2014 as a Business Analyst, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, Rufus joined Amazon as a Senior Technical Analyst and remained there until 2018. During their time at Amazon, they gained experience in technical analysis and project management. In 2017, Rufus worked for BleeTech Innovations as a Sign Language Interpreter, where they facilitated communication between deaf and hearing individuals. Additionally, Rufus currently serves as a Project Manager at Kensium, a position they have held since 2020. Overall, Rufus has a strong background in project management, technical analysis, interpretation, and business analysis.

Rufus Richard, CSM completed their Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, attending from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they earned a Diploma in computer programming and application from SSCT, HYDERABD in June 2010. In February 2018, Rufus obtained a Prodegree in Data Sciences and Machine learning from Imarticus Learning. Most recently, in August 2022, they achieved the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
