Srinivas Karanam

Srinivas Karanam has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Srinivas started at Lovell, Hubbard and Associates - National Development Center as a Developer, where they designed and developed a call center management application for AT&T. Srinivas then moved on to Roche Diagnostics, where they worked as a Technical Lead and Software Engineer, leading a team in developing software solutions for blood gas analyzers and creating a diagnostic management solution for hospitals. Srinivas later joined Infor (formerly SSA Global / BaaN) as a Principal Consultant, managing and deploying projects for Infor's CRM suite and Enterprise products. At Semafor Technologies, Srinivas worked as a PMO/Senior Project Manager, overseeing the selection and training of project management mentors and creating a project management process. Srinivas then became the Practice Manager at Young India Information Technology Services Pvt Ltd., where they headed the PMO, developed strategic plans, and established norms for project management. Most recently, Srinivas worked at i95Dev Inc. as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Product Manager, with a focus on Agile project management and transitioning from traditional project management methodologies. Finally, they currently hold the role of Solution Architect, Scrum Master, Sr. Project Manager at Kensium Solutions.

Srinivas Karanam has an extensive education history in various fields. Srinivas completed their Executive Masters in Business Management from the International School of Business & Media between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University from 1993 to 1995. Srinivas also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute, which they earned from 1992 to 1993. Srinivas Karanam received their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University from 1988 to 1992. Before starting their undergraduate studies, they attended Little Flower Junior College from 1986 to 1988.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Srinivas Karanam has acquired several certifications. These include the Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Commerce Cloud Developer, Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster, Project Management Professional (PMP), BigDev Certification, Adobe Certified Expert-Adobe Commerce Cloud Developer, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Microsoft Certified Building XML Based Web Application, Microsoft Certified Web Development Technologies, and Sun Certified Java Programmer.
