Lauren Sien

Lauren Sien currently serves as the Clinical Governance Lead at Numan since February 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren was the Clinical Services Manager - Pharmacy at The London Independent Hospital from March 2021 to January 2023. Previous experience includes positions as a Pharmacist - Medicines, Advisory and Governance and Resident Pharmacist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust from May 2016 to February 2021, and Clinical Pharmacist at Medway NHS Foundation Trust from October 2015 to May 2016. Lauren also completed a Pre-registration Pharmacist role at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust from August 2014 to July 2015. Early career experience includes working as a Research Project Intern at Gamlen Tableting Limited and an intern at Shearn Delamore & Co. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy from King's College London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmacy Practice from UCL. Notable achievements include presenting research findings at four international conferences and contributing technical knowledge in pharmaceutical litigation proceedings.
