OUR VISION

To be the example of how great partnerships are chosen, built, and stewarded—elevating the way organizations and advisors work together for the long term.

We believe the process of selecting an advisor should improve both sides—leaving organizations stronger, advisors better understood, and the people doing the work more confident in the path ahead.

OUR MISSION

Docent guides leaders, their teams, and advisors to better outcomes through thoughtful, human-centered partnership decisions and healthier long-term relationships.

We do this by:

• Leading organizations to better industry practice in advisor selection and stewardship

• Creating sustainable partnerships grounded in fit, trust, and clarity

• Positively impacting the daily work of individual team members

• Shaping the broader advisor community through shared learning and feedback
