Mitchelle Y Bhaumick is a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at Doceree since July 2021, Mitchelle previously held a similar role at Union Bank of India from July 2010 to December 2017, where responsibilities included manpower planning, talent acquisition, recruitment, training and development, employee relations, performance appraisal, industrial relations, and administration within a workforce of 30,000 employees nationwide. Mitchelle holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from IBS Mumbai, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stella Maris College, and a High School Diploma in Science from Sacred Heart Convent School.
