Graham Carter

Graham Carter has a wealth of experience in operations and security management. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Operations at DocHQ, and also served as Operations and Distribution Manager. Graham also worked at Hampshire County Council as Site Operations Manager, directing daily operations on behalf of the Covid Lateral Flow Test Site and serving as Site Lead for Basingstoke. From 2006 to 2021, Graham worked at Heathrow Airport, initially as Campus Operations Manager, then Terminal Operations Manager, Security Manager, Aviation Security Trainer, and Security Officer. In their roles, they led teams of up to 250 personnel, monitored performance, and implemented continual improvement initiatives. Graham also directed implementation of contingency plans, entrenched compliance with security standards, and supervised the performance of security team personnel.

Graham Carter attended Sandhurst School from 1994 to 1999.
