Madhur Srivastava

Madhur Srivastava has a wealth of work experience. From 1999 to 2018, they held various roles in various companies. Their first job was as a Team Leader at Tech Mahindra, where they worked with British Telecom on technical planning, pre-sales pitch, project planning, change management, technology outsourcing and programme management. In 2007, they moved to L.E.K. Consulting as a Management Consultant, leading client teams on strategic consulting engagements across a range of private equity owned companies, primarily in the healthcare sector. In 2008, they were Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at MadBid.com, an online retail auction platform. In 2013, they became Consumer Director at HPI Ltd, expanding the company's product offering and market share into the B2C and B2B2C market segment. In 2015, they were Managing Director at Ywait Online Solutions, where they founded and innovated India's first IoT product in the alcohol-beverage sector. In 2018, they became Chief Executive Officer at DocHQ, building a people-centred, high-quality, integrated healthcare network using technology to access personalised medical answers and solutions. Finally, in 2022, they joined Bournemouth University Business School as an Industry Advisory Board Member.

Madhur Srivastava has an MBA from IESE Business School, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007, and a B-Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999.
