Anjana Koendan-Pandaij

Anjana Koendan-Pandaij has been an active professional in various roles within the Dock organization since September 2014, currently serving as Vice-voorzitter OR DOCK and participating as a member of the Ondernemingsraad. Anjana also holds multiple titles related to participation and addressing domestic violence across different regions and projects. In addition, Anjana acts as the Secretary and core member of the Coalitie Erbij Rotterdam since April 2023 and is the owner of Cultifoodcatering & Cultievents since October 2019. Prior experience includes internships and positions in educational settings and social work, with qualifications from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and other institutions in fields related to cultural and societal formation and pedagogy.
