Amber Weatherill has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 2016 as a Waitress at BUXTED PARK HOTEL LIMITED. In this role, they created a welcoming environment for customers, adapted to changing priorities, and built rapport with customers to maximize sales.

In 2020, Amber joined Tesco as a Customer Assistant, where they provided outstanding customer service, demonstrated product knowledge, and helped maintain the company's brand image.

Later that year, Amber became a Marketing and Data Management Assistant at Bravo Benefits. Reporting to the Marketing and Key Accounts Manager, they contributed to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies and created engaging content for various platforms.

In 2021, Amber worked as a Marketing Consultant at EDGE Marketing Agency. Amber collaborated with clients to select suitable brand representation and wrote blog content. Amber also helped improve customer relationship management to aid customer acquisition and retention.

Most recently, Amber joined Dock & Bay as a Wholesale Marketing Executive in 2021. Reporting to the Head of Sales, they developed and executed strategic marketing plans, implemented eCommerce campaigns, and ensured website optimization for increased engagement and conversion rates.

Throughout their career, Amber has showcased strong marketing, communication, and customer service skills while contributing to the success of each organization they have worked for.

Amber Weatherill obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Criminology from the University of Sussex, where they studied from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Customer Relationship Strategy Framework from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in March 2023.
