Caroline Marcondes

Caroline Marcondes has a diverse and extensive work experience. Caroline is currently working as a Product Manager at Dock, focusing on card compensation products. Caroline 'srole involves enhancing the product to ensure regulatory compliance and meet customer needs, while also generating revenue and reducing costs for the company. Caroline collaborates with other teams, such as engineering and customer relations, to define and execute strategies aligned with the organization's global goals.

Prior to their current role, Caroline founded Atomos Nativos in 2018 and organized the largest React ecosystem conference in Latin America, called React Conf Brasil. Caroline was responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of the conference, including campaign definition, speaker selection, sponsorship prospecting, negotiations, vendor management, technical team management, and ticket sales.

From 2021 to 2022, Caroline worked as a Product Owner at Lemoney Way, where they managed four different products at various stages of their life cycles. Caroline focused on product evolution and prioritization based on business strategy, and actively contributed to the launch and success of the company's flagship product.

Caroline also has experience as a Product Owner at Quanttico, where they worked on a healthcare services project, aligning system requirements with customer expectations. Caroline adopted an agile methodology, establishing sprint cycles for incremental deliveries and obtaining customer feedback.

In 2019, Caroline worked as a Customer Success Analyst at Intelipost, where they integrated marketplaces and transporters, provided technical support, created training materials, and developed actions to improve team performance.

Caroline has also served as an IT Analyst and Manager at an undisclosed company from 2017 to 2018, where they developed project documentation, backend development in .NET, and database modeling. Additionally, they were responsible for team management.

In 2015, Caroline worked as a Business Development Consultant at Geniuz Acessórios Pet Ltda ME, where they developed a business plan to seek investors for a feline chewing mechanism product.

Lastly, in 2014, they worked as an Intern at the Diretoria de Ensino de Guaratinguetá, within the Acessa Escola program of the government of São Paulo. Caroline 'sresponsibilities included managing the system and users, ensuring software and hardware functionality, preparing reports, and providing training.

Throughout their various roles, Caroline has demonstrated expertise in product management, event organization, customer success, requirements analysis, software development, team management, and business development.

Caroline Marcondes pursued their education at Faculdade de Tecnologia de Praia Grande (Fatec) from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Tecnologia with a field of study in Análise e desenvolvimento de sistemas. Prior to that, they attended Faculdade de Tecnologia de Guaratinguetá from 2012 to 2015 and graduated with a degree in Tecnóloga in Gestão Empresarial.

In addition to their educational background, Caroline Marcondes has also obtained several certifications. Caroline earned the Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) certification from ICAgile in July 2022, and the Certified Product Ownership certification from Adaptworks in June 2022. In December 2021, they received the JIRA para Agilistas Gestão Equipes Ágeis usando JIRA Software certification from TIexames. Caroline also holds the Product Owner de Respeito - Prep. PSPO I certification from TIexames, which they obtained in October 2021.

Caroline Marcondes has further expanded their skills and knowledge by completing the Gestão Ágil com Scrum certification course offered by Udemy in July 2020. Additionally, they received the Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate from CertiProf in June 2020.
